Scorpions – Touring 2019
The band performs regularly on the big stages of the world and rocks the audience – and that since their foundation in the late 60s! This year’s tour through Europe continues the success of the last two years. Under the name “Crazy World Tour” the band has been touring all over Europe, the United States and Canada as well as Asia and Australia since summer 2017 – literally the whole world!
This year her tour started at the beginning of February in Limassol on Cyprus and will be on tour throughout the summer in countries like Portugal, Spain, but also Germany until it ends in Brazil in October. They perform as solo gigs or as show acts at big international festivals like the “Rock the Coast Festival” in Fuengirola in Andalusia.

Scorpions – biography of the band
The first tender foundation attempts were already 1965 in the German place Sarstedt with Hanover by guitarist Rudolf Schenker and drummer Wolfgang Dziony under the name Nameless, since one could not agree on a correct name. In the beginning all hits of the Beatles were played and other international songs were covered.
Already one year later the musicians gave themselves the band name Scorpions because this would sound very catchy and internationally understood. After many line-up attempts the singer Klaus Meine joined the band in 1969 and the foundation for a steep success course was laid. In the meantime they wrote their own lyrics, exclusively in English, in order to be internationally successful. Their musical style had developed from rock music to heavy metal.
Scorpions – Greatest Hits
The Scorpions have 2015 to celebrate their 50th stage anniversary. In the five For decades, the musicians were very industrious. They have 74 singles and until today 18 studio albums and 27 compilation albums have been released. They had their greatest hits in the 80s and 90s.
