Embedded YouTube videos
On some of our websites we embed Youtube videos. Operator of the corresponding plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit a page with the YouTube plugin, a connection to Youtube servers is established. Youtube will be informed which pages you visit. If you are logged into your Youtube account, Youtube can personally assign your surfing behavior to you. You can prevent this by logging out of your Youtube account beforehand.
If a Youtube video is started, the provider uses cookies that collect information about user behavior.
Those who have deactivated the saving of cookies for the Google Ad program will not have to reckon with such cookies when watching Youtube videos. However, Youtube also stores non-personal usage information in other cookies. If you wish to prevent this, you must block the storage of cookies in the browser.
Further information on data protection at “Youtube” can be found in the provider’s data protection declaration at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/
Use of script libraries (Google Web Fonts)
In order to present our content correctly and graphically appealing across all browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries such as Google Web Fonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/) on this website. Google Web Fonts are transferred to your browser’s cache to avoid multiple loading. If your browser does not support Google Web Fonts or does not allow access, content will be displayed in a default font.
Calling script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the library operator. It is theoretically possible – but currently also unclear whether and, if so, for what purposes – for the operators of such libraries to collect data.
The privacy policy of the library operator Google can be found here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/
SSL encryption
In order to protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption procedures (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS.
Newsletter
On the basis of your explicit consent, we will regularly send you our newsletter or comparable information by e-mail to your specified e-mail address.

Subscribers may also be notified by email of circumstances relevant to the Service or registration (for example, changes in the newsletter offering or technical circumstances).
For an effective registration we need a valid e-mail address. In order to verify that a registration is actually carried out by the owner of an e-mail address, we use the “double opt-in” procedure. For this purpose, we log the order of the newsletter, the dispatch of a confirmation e-mail and the receipt of the reply requested herewith. Further data will not be collected. The data will be used exclusively for the newsletter dispatch and will not be passed on to third parties.
You can revoke your consent to the storage of your personal data and its use for newsletter dispatch at any time. In every newsletter you will find a corresponding link. WPML:
For the multilingualism of our website we use the program WPML. WPML cookies are set exclusively to recognize and record the language used or selected by the user. These cookies remain stored for one year and are then deleted.
AKISMET ANTI SPAM:
This web site uses the “Akismet” service provided by Automattic, Inc. 132 Hawthorne Street San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. This service distinguishes comments from real people from spam comments. To achieve this, all comments are sent to a server in the USA, where they are analyzed and stored for four days for comparison purposes. Only in the event that a comment is classified as spam will the data be stored beyond that time. The following information is stored here: entered name, email address, IP address, comment content, referrer, information about the browser used, the computer system and the time of the entry.
For more information on Akismet’s collection and use of data, please refer to Automattic’s privacy policy: https://automattic.com/privacy/.
However, you can use a pseudonym or do without entering the name or email address. The complete prevention of data transmission is only possible by not using our comment system.
reCAPTCHA:
For our own protection in connection with the use of Internet forms, we use the reCAPTCHA service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. (“Google”) This query differentiates whether the input is made by a human being or misused by automated, mechanical processing.
For this purpose reCAPTCHA collects the following data: IP address, time zone, installed browser plugins, click behaviour, identification of your browser, screen resolution of the visitor, language setting of the browser, as well as all cookies which Google has set in the last 6 months. For this purpose your input will be transmitted to Google’s server in the USA and used there.
However, your IP address will be shortened by Google in advance within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of reCAPTCHA is not merged with other data from Google. For the service of reCAPTCHA different data protection regulations of Google apply. https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/
Google Search Console:
Our website uses Google Search Console. The resulting search analysis shows how often our website appears in Google search results. We can use it to filter and group the data, e.g. by categories such as search query, date or device. The results are therefore only used by us to optimize the search performance of our website. You acknowledge and agree that Google’s Privacy Policy (at http://www.google.de/privacy.html) applies and that by using it, you agree to Google’s use of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Use of social media plugins:
Normally, by using the usual social media buttons, user data (ie IP addresses) are transmitted each time a page is viewed to Facebook and the other social media services. This provides social networks with precise information about your surfing behaviour (user tracking). This occurs regardless of whether you are logged into the respective network or a member of the network. The Shariff button used by us establishes direct contact between the social networks and the visitor only if he actively clicks on the Share button. This means that the social media buttons used here: Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, Xing do not make a contact until you click the Share button.
If you are logged in to one of the networks, the connection is established immediately.
Integration of You-Tube videos:
We have occasionally included YouTube videos on our website. These videos are stored on “www.youtube.com” and can be played directly from our website. We have integrated all videos in the so-called “extended data protection mode”. This means that no data about you as a user will be transmitted to YouTube if you do not play the videos.
The data concerned will not be processed by us.
Only when you play the videos, i.e. click on them, will YouTube cookies be saved on your computer and data transferred to Google, Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, as YouTube operator. By playing the videos stored on YouTube, at least the following data is transmitted to Google, Inc.: IP address and cookie ID, the specific address of the page called up by us, language setting of the browser, system date and time of the call as well as identification of your browser. The data transfer takes place regardless of whether you have a user account with Google. If you have a user account and are logged in, this data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish to be assigned to your profile, you must log out before activating the button. YouTube or Google, Inc. creates user profiles from this data and uses these for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or the needs-based design of its website. These evaluations are carried out in particular (also for users who are not logged in) for the purpose of providing demand-oriented advertising. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles. However, you must direct this right of objection to Google Inc. as the operator of YouTube.
For more information about the purpose and scope of data collection and processing by Google, Inc., please visit https://www.google.at/intl/de/policies/privacy/www.google.at/intl/de/policies/privacy/. By playing YouTube videos, you consent to data processing by Google, Inc.
In case you’re using Google Web Fonts (default) or playing videos or sounds via YouTube or Vimeo in Slider Revolution we recommend to add the corresponding text phrase to your privacy police:

Google Web Fonts
For uniform representation of fonts, this page uses web fonts provided by Google. When you open a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.
For this purpose your browser has to establish a direct connection to Google servers. Google thus becomes aware that our web page was accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web fonts is done in the interest of a uniform and attractive presentation of our plugin. This constitutes a justified interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO.
If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font is used by your computer.

Changes to our privacy policy
We reserve the right to adapt this data protection declaration so that it always corresponds to the current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the data protection declaration, e.g. when introducing new services. Your renewed visit will then be subject to the new data protection declaration.
