Cult festival with Status Quo and The Baseballs completely sold out

Hamburg 24.06.2019. The Jokerfest is the ultimate Thunderbike Roadhouse summer party for Harley fans with a ride in bike show and exclusive live entertainment. Also this year the limited tickets for the live concert were completely sold out after only a few days. Thunderbike again relied on the Hamburg Artist Relations Manager Stefan Lohmann for the artist booking.

The annual Jokerfest took place on 15.06.2019 in the 19th round and attracts visitors from all over Europe. The gates opened at 10:00 a.m. to present Thunderbike fans with the latest models from the custom bike forge. Besides the custom bikes, the parts production and the latest fashion in the boutique, the fans could also marvel at the live painting of Gerd de Kock or get hold of unique jewelry at the Rad Rock stand. The Ride-In Bikeshow also started at 10:00 a.m. for shootings and registrations. The Thunderbike Roadhouse BBQ provided the culinary delights. Another highlight of the summer party was the highly anticipated Top Act. Thunderbike founder & boss Andreas Bergerforth made a big secret out of the artist booking in order to increase the excitement among the fans before the summer party. This year the band Status Quo rocked with the support of the baseballs “tha house”.

The Jokerfest has become the biggest event of a Harley-Davidson dealer in Europe. The event has come into being and grown at a time when values are increasingly influencing the success of a brand. Therefore, it is a matter of course for the Thunderbike brand to firmly integrate its charity program “Biker for Children” and to donate the proceeds from the VIP tickets every year. Thunderbike has already built several charity bikes for auction for the benefit of the DRK Children’s Hospital in Siegen (total revenue over 250,000 euros).

Just in time for the evening program at 7 pm the Rockabilly´s of The Baseballs, a band from Berlin founded in 2007, stood on stage and heated up the audience with their coolness and the 50s rock. After the support the rock legends followed the band Status Quo and proved with this exclusive concert at the Jokerfest that they are not tired yet. The top act with almost 120 million records sold worldwide was visibly happy to be able to smash their anthems in front of a selected audience. Stefan Lohmann was also responsible for the artist booking this time. Other headliners who have been enthusiastic about the Jokerfest of the cult brand Thunderbike so far include The Boss Hoss, Guano Apes, Leningrad Cowboys, Suzie Quatro, Uriah Heep, Doro, The Hooters, Slade, Manfred Mann’s Earthband.
